Week 4: SUCKED!
Week 4 of my adventure with the Linder Racing team was pretty uneventful this weekend. We where scheduled to run at Attica on Friday and Fremont on Saturday. Well if you're from around this area you relieze that it rained a little bit and forced the two tracks to cancel their races for this weekend. So here is how my weekend went with no racing!
Friday, Attica cancelled pretty early so myself and crew chief on Brock Mayes's Daniel Smith went to Frickers to discuss racing for a couple hours. After words I had company that came up from Columbus to go to the races. Well there wasn't anything going on so I asked her if she wanted to go to Sandusky for dinner and a movie. She said yes and we went to RoadHouse and went and saw... I can't believe I'm gunna say this... Made of Honor. Her choice not mine! I wanted to see Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay but that got shot down right away! WOMEN! There were a couple funny parts in that movie but for the most part it was a chick flick... Sometimes you gotta take one for the team. That night I did!
Saturday after they cancelled at Fremont, the Linder Racing team along with Dickie and Erika Sebastian, Craig Mintz, and my guest from Columbus went to Olive Garden in Sandusky. One thing I noticed, when Fremont rains out a lot of races go out to eat! We ate and then went home to watch some of the Cup race and after words watched one of the greatest movies of all time... Blazing Saddles!!!! After that the crowd left the Linder house and went their seperate ways.
So that was my weekend with the Linder Racing 312 this weekend. It wasn't full of racing but it was full of fun for the most part! I've been getting some good comments on this blog thing that I'm doing. Let me know what you think. Leave a comment or send me a message to let me know what you think of anything really. Also don't forget next Friday the 312 team will be at Attica for American Power Sports of Findlay night and then Saturday at The Track That Action Built for Burns Iron and Metal Night!
